Boobies growing...AGAIN?

So my boobs hurting for a period of weeks was the first sign that I was pregnant. They didnt stop hurting (as bad) until I was about 10/12 weeks. Now I'm 15 weeks and that extreme pain came back and they're swollen again and growing I think..? Is there something going on or is this just the randomness of hormones? I hate hugs, I dont wanna be rude but people squeeze me too tight and it kills me. They're sore so high up it's almost sore at my collar bone😂 Am I the only one that had this pain/swelling gap over the course of a few weeks or what? 😣 I thought the tenderness was supposed to decrease in the second trimester 😢
