I stopped with my first and then she had low iron for the next year, which was super stressful. So I give my son oatmeal for the iron every day

I give her infant whole grain oatmeal mixed with a fruit for breakfast everyday. I usually eat oatmeal myself, so it’s basically like she’s getting what I’m getting, and I know she’s also getting the iron (and it’s SUPER easy). Win/win/win!
