How would you know?

I have a question.. if i skip my sugar pills while taking birth control every month and go straight into the new pack, how would i know if i had an accidental pregnancy? I skipped my sugar pills and went straight into a new pack & i accidentally missed a pill last sunday (had unprotected sex) & am now having stretchy discharge ... 🤦🏻‍♀️ i know im stupid for this so please no rude comments but when would you recommend taking a test
