Fenugreek side effects?
Has anyone taken Fenugreek and developed terrible stomach issues after eating??? It’s the only change I’ve made lately and it almost doesn’t matter what I eat, I get terrible stomach cramps, in tears, and nothing makes them go away. I have stopped taking it since these issues have started, and I plan on seeing a doctor. I’m just curious if anyone else has had this reaction or if I could have something else wrong.
