4 weeks after giving birth and bleeding again

I was almost positive I was almost done with my PP bleeding I mean for the last week I have wiped and there was nothing but today out of nowhere I felt a gush and I went to check and there was a blood clot with bright red blood as if I was to start my cycle now I'm only 4 weeks PP so I believe that is kind of early is it possible to start my cycle one month after giving birth when it typically takes six to eight weeks I breastfeed as well I have supplement with formula but minimal To None mostly I breastfeed kind of confused right now I'm blown back
