Upgrading to a bigger vehicle

Question

I'm having my 2nd in June and currently have a Jeep Cherokee. The issue with my car is trunk space. I'm a hospice nurse so I travel to different homes and facilities and my trunk is full of equipment. So anytime we want to do anything we have to haul all of my stuff out, and if we take a stroller then that takes up the whole trunk, too. 
Let me know if you have an SUV or minivan and pros and cons of each!

I got a 2020 Chevy Traverse in December.  Seats 8, third row folds dow easy and fits a ton of stuff in back. I personally hate the mini van look so I didn't even consider any of those types of cars but I am beyond happy with my purchase.

I have the Kia Telluride EX and it’s AMAZING! Great space, warranty, price, AND SO MANY FEATURES. 
I would personally never go for a mini-van. SUV all the way.

2020 Toyota Highlander Mid-size SUV | Explore every possibility.
My husband and I are having our third in July. We just traded in our Ford F250 superduty with a 9 inch lift for a Toyota Highlander and I love this car. Toyotas are one of the most reliable vehicles you can own, they have great safety ratings, and the highlander has a 3rd row seat without the vehicle being too large.

Man.....I used to be that person who said I AINT GETTIN NO MINIVAN. Ended up getting one during my 4th pregnancy. I went from a SUV to a minivan. I have not regretted it! Once my kids are bigger, I’ll go back to my SUV. For now, they can open the doors without hitting the car parked next. I don’t worry if a person parks too close and I don’t have space because of the doors. Built in shades in the windows, DVD player..... enough room for a double stroller, wagon, AND groceries...WITHOUT putting the 3rd row down.

I have a Dodge Durango. Absolutely love it and it’s a great upgrade from a cherokee. I can fit my 10 year old sons bike and a stroller in the back without issue. I also considered a Pacifica but my husband didn’t even entertain the idea because he “won’t be caught dead driving a minivan”. 🙄

I have a jeep commander... but if I want to use the third row nothing fits in the back...but I got a tow hitch shelf and the stroller goes there if I need it like for trips to the zoo🤣
