Blocked Breast duct?

Hi All, I exclusively breastfeed my little girl & today I have noticed a little pain above my nipple & it feels lumpy...could this be a blocked milk duct? Or the start of mastitis 😩?

Nurse and pump lots! Also, if you have a haaka fill it with warm water and Epsom salts and put it on your breast. Or even a mug of the same will do and let it soak. I had a blocked duct once when my babe was a newborn and all I did was nurse lots and pump lots, but what really helped was a warm bath and hand expressing. I had a bleb right on the top of my nipple and I was able to scrape it off and milk spurted out. It had caused pain pretty far back and redness. I was concerned about mastitis but after 12 hrs of all the above (over night—-yawn) it was gone by morning when I figured out it was the bleb. Maybe look for a hard white spot. Could be the same thing.

clog! GET A VIBRATOR ON THAT asap and pump pump pump!(just make sure it’s 30min-1hour before you breastfeed your baby so they have plenty of milk)

Clog. Massage the heck out of it and have baby nurse with their nose in the direction of the lump.
