How to cope with false labor pains

On baby number 3 and ive never had false labor 😭😭😫

Baby 1 I was induced and baby 2 I went into a very smooth, easy non painful labor after having a sweep done.

I’m on number 3 and been having false labor the past few days. Told dr at appointment this afternoon and told her I can tell it’s not the real deal by how random the pains are and I wouldn’t go to the hospital until I’m sure and she was like “good bc they’d just send you away” (I know they would lol just saying ughhhh :( but I told her even though it’s not the real deal it HURTS and she said all she could tell me to do is drink loads of water, use a heating pad and take Tylenol

Please someone tell me is there any home remedy or anything to relieve the contractions? Or speed up the process? Just had sex bc I heard semen works and it was the most

Unenjoyable junk ever ! My vagina felt so tight he could barely get in now I’m just having more of thesecontractions. Still sporadic and not increasing in intensity but still so painful 😫
