Bump on lower belly?

38 weeks pregnant and have had this bump on my lower belly for a couple weeks. It wasn’t painful before but it is now. Any idea what it is?

Did you have any clothing causing friction here? I had something like this a few months ago and my Dr said because your skin is so stretched in the area the rubbing causes your pores to become irritated and you could get basically a pimple there.
