Early ovulation

Is it possible to ovulate straight after your period? For example CD1 was the first day of my period but I finished my period around CD3/4.. so could I off ovulated day for example CD7/8? I’ve been trying my best to use opk’s but I’m not having much luck with them and was just wondering if it is possible to ovulate early as I know most people say it doesn’t happen till about CD14 or that’s the average I’ve heard anyway.
