can someone help ?

my friend seems to think that my ultrasound photos at 17 weeks look like a girl with the cord in the way ? she says the first photo looks like a girl with the umbilical cord inbetween as it has like swirls ? and that the second photo looks like it has 3 lines just swollen and then the cord ? i’m not very good at this stuff.
