Feel embarrassed

I’ve just had liquid that smells like male ejaculation not a massive amount just 2 50p sized spots, I’ve just gone and emptied my bladder I’ve had back pain and pressure all week some days worse than others and feel like baby is low , I’m sitting and seeing if it happens again before I call, I’m 32+5 and with my first child my waters broke with little trickles but was told I wet myself and was left a week with no treatment which causes us both to be ill so I’m a bit nervous in case.

But don’t want to panic for it just to be urine
