Why? Just why?

Why is it so easy for some people to get pregnant? I’m doing everything right, we’re both healthy. In our early 20’s. And we’ve been trying for our first baby since September 2019. I know that’s not long compared to some but it’s long to me because I have that fear as each month passes that I’m never going to be a mom, or that we’re going to go into debt because we need fertility treatments or it’s going to take us years to get pregnant. I use opks, track bbt, have a regular cycle, take my vitamins. Why isn’t it happening for me? I’m so sad 😞
