Pacifiers

I know pacifiers are a tough topic in the breastfeeding world so just before shooting me down I’m looking for advice. My son is breastfed and bottle fed by dad. In a few weeks he starts daycare I’m worried because he needs to boob to soothe to sleep or nap. Are there any pacifiers he might take? I’ve tried a few and it’s hit or miss. Or anything you can suggest? Just want the transition to daycare to go smoothly, he will be a little over 3 months when he starts.
