Doctor said we can start introducing meats. I can’t find anything interesting online, wondering what you mommas have been doing which worked well?

I boiled chicken and carrots and pureed them together. Save some of the water from boiling to make puréeing smoother! Easy to freeze in cubes for later and you can always add in other things later like peas or green bean. I added blueberry purée to it the other day because she wasn’t feeling the chicken and it worked, she ate it all! 🤷🏻‍♀️

I make shredded chicken in the instapot for my husband and my son has eaten that with no issues. 
    My 3 yr is a very picky eater! My mother in law bought her these chicken meatballs from Kidfresh that has veggies in the them as well she doesn’t like them but my son did so I make them sometimes for lunch for him.

Roasted chicken is very soft. I make it like 2x a week. You can do a whole chicken or quarters/legs, put in a roasting pan with a little water on the bottom, add some carrots and redskin potatoes or sweet potatoes in quarters, season, cover, bake. It all comes very soft and baby can eat
