What are natural ways to help with depression

I know I can just google a lot about this ,

I am almost 20 weeks and I’ve been struggling a kid and forth with depression, last week and the week before that it was so bad I couldn’t stop crying and feeling so guilty for feeling the way I do!

I have other children so I don’t get to cry until I’m alone in the shower or in the closet ,

I don’t want them to worry.

But I don’t want to be on medication and tbh I don’t want to talk to my doctors either .

I just want to see what I can do to help myself

If there’s anything anyone has done naturally to reduce depression please let me know.

Also please no mean comment on me not wanting to talk to my doctor or be on medication it’s just my preference and I have had experience with antidepressants and being on them was so much worse then when I wasn’t .
