Baby wont stop crying 😭😭

How do yall deal with your LO crying EVERY single time you put them down it seems like. I have a 2 and 3 year old and 3 year old is in school so it's just my 2 year old and I, but I can't seem to get anything done at all and let alone get dressed until she finally falls asleep and it also takes me 2hours to actually finish a cup of coffee..🥺 I feel super horrible if I let her cry because I feel like I'm neglecting her if I dont get her when she is crying which I know I'm not but I can't help but feel that way unfortunately. I just want her to sleep on her own without me having to hold her!! I've even tried swaddling which seems to help, but she doesnt really care for the paci only breast! So anyone who's breastfeeding and gives there LO a paci please tell me what you use!!! I've tried soothie, Tommee Tippee closer to nature, and Gumdrop!! Also the reason it takes me 2 hours to finish even a cup of coffee is because if both hands are not on her and if I'm sitting down she will start to cry 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️😫😫😫
