Period , 2 negitive pregnancy test ?? Confused

So I didn’t get my period all February. I had unprotected sex more than a few times and I’m 7 days late now. I tested at 3/4 day and it came out negative. Today I just bleed a bit but it wasn’t like a period it was just a tiny bit and a little chunk of blood. It was more pinkish than red-ish, very light color... soo could it be my period starting?? Usually it’s heavy when I start.. I have a liner on but no blood, just when I wiped..
