Tan discharge on the pill

This is my third pack (second month) on the combination pill. last month for 4 days before my period I had tan/ light light brown discharge and I didn’t know what it was but it was only the week before my period. I continued taking my pill at the exact time everyday after I got my period but once again it’s a week before my expected period andI’m getting the tan discharge again does anyone know what this means? Has anyone had this before?
