Period after retrieval?

How long after your retrieval do you normally have your period?

Also, I’m planning to do a frozen transfer. Those of you who had a frozen transfer, how long after your retrieval were you able to transfer (a matter of weeks? Or months?) Do you get to choose what cycle you transfer? For example, I don’t really want a Christmas baby, so could I ask them to push back my transfer by a month? Or is that weird😕
