Roommates, kink and noise. Warning?

So im moving out soon. I'm hoasting interviews for roommates with strangers. I want to be able to have play sessions in my room at my new place when i move.

However sometimes, play can be noisy. Should I give the potential roomate a heads up?

I do not want to be limited within reason. But i also dont want to get a roommate and not tell them and then them think I'm being murdered or something.

Sometimes I could play at my partners house but other times id like to be able to be at mine.

What should i do?
