Am I stupid?

So my 5 month old goes to sleep perfect every night has been for months excluding the 4 month sleep regression.  Lately she wont fall asleep when we put her to bed. Every night this is happening  for like a week. Today I figured out that I am not feeding her enough expressed milk in her night bottle. We give her 5 ounces every night then I finally thought  maybe shes still hungry? I breastfed her for like two minutes and she passed out. So am I dumb or am I stupid? 🙃

Neither. Some babies go through rough patches when it comes to sleep.

No you aren’t stupid or dumb. If you don’t feel like she’s getting enough milk, then up the ounces. Babies grow rapidly and so do their appetites. If you’re not making enough milk for extra ounces, ask your pediatrician about adding special formula for breastfeeding moms. Similac makes some that I can think of right off hand and many of my breastfeeding friends use that as well because they aren’t making enough milk and then some make too much. 
You can always express your concerns with your pediatrician as well. 
But you’re not stupid or dumb. Not at all.
