Need help!!

Hi everyone! Does anyone know how to lose weight fast with a newborn at home? I just had my first baby Christmas Day and i gained so much weight in my pregnancy😭 before i was pregnant i weighed 140 and while i was pregnant i weighed around 220lbs! I currently weigh 190 and I’m dying to get my body back! Need some helpful tips to work out at home and stay motivated❤️💪
