Tube feeds

I have a question for adults who have or are on tube feeds.

I was tube fed the lady 2 weeks of my pregnancy due to hyperemesis graviderum. If you’ve stopped tube feeds abruptly, can that mess your stomach up? Or is it likely that now my whole system is just messed up from the HG? I’ve constantly been nauseous and have a hard time eating since I lost him a little over 3 months ago. It’s gotten worse recently. My dr gave me zofran, ran my electrolytes, tested for h pylori and gave me a referral to GI. But GI can’t get me in until June.
