My bf thinks our son is not his.

I’m not even sure where to start. My bf (wasn’t my bf when I got pregnant, just a one night stand) and I have a 1 year boy together. He moved in slightly before our son was born because we got pregnant unexpectedly. Things were going great until about a month ago he made a comment how it’s probably not his kid. I thought he was joking and blew it off. Well I hear from a friend that people have been saying it’s not his child. The only reason is, our son has a strawberry blonde hair and bright green eyes. No one that I know of in either family has green eyes. I have brown eyes, blonde hair, he has dark blonde hair and bright blue eyes. Our son also has some huge dimples just like my bf. I’m just hurt over this cause it’s-now turned into him actually thinking it’s not his. He’s sleeping on the spare room. I know for sure 100% fact it’s his baby. I didn’t sleep with anyone for months before him and only him after. Would you break up over this? I don’t know what to do. I mean I know we weren’t together when I got pregnant so I see his point but why wait till now to even bring it up. I’m gladly doing a DNA test but I’m just hurt
