Blood when pooping?

I was finishing up on the toilet and when I wiped I had bright red blood all on the tissue. I actually thought maybe my period started which was odd since I'm on the pill and dont get a period anymore. I checked and its 100% not coming from there, I wiped again and no blood, I wiped about 5 more times and still nothing so I jumped in the shower. It feels completely normal down there, no lumps or bumps hanging out. What could this be? I've had it happen a few times before where I'd have a little spot of blood but this was quite a bit more than that. I felt no pain at all while actually going to the bathroom. Anyone any ideas?
