Bleeding in between periods.

What's normal for bleeding in between periods? I've never experienced this until now & not sure if I should wait to see if it goes away this cycle or go ahead and make an appointment.

So I had my period Feb. 5-12th (first long period, usually 4 days max) bleed again on the 18-21st and now bleeding since Mar. 1st till now when I'm suppose to start in 2 days according to glow. I'm concerned since it came back and close to my period so freaked out on bleeding for basically a month.

Also the bleeding is light/med nothing heavy & no other symptoms but tiredness but then again I am losing blood.
