Low potassium

Is 3.3 a low potassium level? I’m not pregnant, but postpartum, and all they did was give me a drink to drink they weren’t worried about it, and said it was mildly low... but I keep reading all this scary stuff and now I’m on my period and having leg cramps and now I’m freaking out. The blood test was taken almost 4 months ago.... but I’m wondering if I do have low potassium
