Anyone else use a pregnancy pillow even when you're not pregnant??

So backstory. When I was pregnant with my son, I had never thought about getting a pregnancy pillow. But last month, for my birthday, I ended up ordering a pregnancy pillow. And I know I'm not currently pregnant, but this pillow is so damn comfy. 
Anyone else use a pregnancy pillow, even if you're not pregnant?

This was the one I got. It came in a particularly small box but it was true to what it said it would be. And it is so soft.

I’ve wanted one for years since my pregnant cousin suggested that my other cousin get one because it helped her with her back pain and alignment when pregnant.  
Right now I just sleep with a pillow between my legs and hugging my stuffed shark baby. Sometimes I put a pillow behind my back. I really want one of these pillows though.
