Could I be pregnant?

Month 6 of TTC #3. I am about 7 dpo and we dtd with concieve plus. I was fortunate enough to catch very quickly with my DD and DS but it's taking much longer this time around. I didn't have any symptoms with my previous pregnancies until 6 weeks but this time I find my myself symptom spotting daily. I feel really off. I've got a burning sensation at the back of my throat, I feel that I could throw up at any moment. I have had a couple of hot flashes. My boobs have been tingling on and off randomly and I've had cold like symptoms and feel absolutely shattered. People have comment on how ill I look. 🙄

It's too early to test but could this be it? What have others experienced?
