Weird skin condition on my face..

Hello everyone! I need help. I have had this weird skin condition for a long time, more than a couple of months now. Without makeup it looks red, and what i have noticed that it is very dry and it feels weird when i touch it. On top of it all, when i apply makeup, u can se it more clearly, it looks like sand paper...

Feels weird when i touch it, kinda dry, but i know its not rly dry, just feels so because of those sandy dots.. doesnt itch, doesnt hurt, its just there. If anyone KNOWS what it is, or if anyone HAS HAD this, please enlighten me, help me, it would be much appreciated.

My doctor gave me antihistamines, i think it kinda made it worse idk, it didnt help at all. I know i need to visit a dermatologist but in my country, with free insurance u wait months for an appointment. I searched all of internet for some simmilar symptoms.. futile...

Please, only if you know what it might be, help help help!
