Labor signs with breech baby?

Hi all,

I’m 37 weeks today, and my baby boy is breech. We have a c-section scheduled for March 23.

Since yesterday, I’ve been having pretty consistent light menstrual cramps and lower back pain. I’ve also been super nauseous on and off (was sure I was going to vomit this morning) + diarrhea 3 times in the past few hours.

These feel like they could be the start of early labor, and my question is, how likely is that if my baby is breech? I’m not sure what to expect. I will obviously be having a c-section either way, but wondering if it could end up happening earlier than planned. Does anyone have experience with this?

I also started blood pressure medication a few days ago, so maybe that’s causing these symptoms?
