7 weeks bleeding

So this week I’ve Been soooo sick. Throwing up constantly not being able to eat. well yesterday after work I started bleeding. Instantly started freaking out & rushed to the ER. I wasn’t cramping, but was having period like bleeding not super heavy. So they did a ultrasound and blood test and said the baby looked healthy heart rate was 126 and everything seemed to be fine and this is just some implantation bleeding. I’m still scared guys. This seems like a lot of blood for it to be implantation. I was bleeding about 4 and a half hours. When it stopped the blood was brownish. Can someone say this has happened to them & it’s normal ? I’m super scared 😢 I will be 7 weeks tomorrow
