Sushi while pregnant?

I don’t actually eat the raw sushi. I only eat California rolls and wonderful rolls (cooked shrimp). Am I allowed to eat these while pregnant? I’ve had this craving all day and can’t seem to stop thinking about it 😩

yes, california rolls, cooked eel rolls, any tempura shrimp rolls... lots of safe options. Even 6oz a week of raw salmon is safe, as long as you know the fish was frozen before being used for sushi and the sanitary regulations for the restaurant are followed (most opt not to risk it). Stay away from high mercury seafood like tuna and swordfish.
