Am i a bad person?

Question

Am I bad person because I am in my young 20’s and have one kid, and absolutely don’t want another one? 
My husband got upset about it but I feel like I can’t have another one my mind is not up to it. I don’t know to explain the feeling I love being a mom to her. I just can’t be don’t want to have another kid.

You’re feelings are valid. I’m 35 and struggled for years to get pregnant and stay pregnant. My 2 babies are 22 months and 6 months old and I know I’m done ✅ my partner got a vasectomy 3 months ago 🙌🏻 I’m fine being pregnant, don’t mind giving birth. It’s the crying, screaming, whining and sleeeeeeep deprivation that I’m not really wanting to partake in again lol. I probably sound horrible but these are my feelings and they are valid. If I decide Id like more children in the future I would consider fostering and/or adoption. Just my 2 cents 😊

Had my son at 19 and I think I may be done, I could go through childbirth again but I cannot go through the baby stage again 😂 
I also love my son to the moon and back and couldnt think about sharing that love, and caring for 2 just seems daunting to me 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m only 20 so I may change my mind further down the line but for right now I am very content with my one and only

No you are not a bad person. This is coming from a mom of four. You should not feel guilty if you feel as if you have enough children then it's fine. You don't have to have more if you don't want too.

When you know, you know. I’m 21, & I’m one and done. I could NEVER go through pregnancy & childbirth again, and I feel completely fulfilled with my one baby boy. You’re not a bad person for deciding what you wanna do with your future

Your body and if you want only one that is fine. You may or may not change your mind in10-15 years... or you could not want another ever. You aren’t bad for that.

I feel the same. I’m a mother of two. My eldest daughter has autism and this is one of my greatest fears I have having more kids.... because it’s sooooooo hard honestly. 
I am currently pregnant with twins.... and I love children I am obsessed with them I’m always making little friends at the parks with my daughters and everything..... but.... thinking about the sleepless nights and screaming pooping babies and the possibility of one or both being sick honestly. It terrifies me. Being a mother isn’t easy. We aren’t robots. We are ALLOWED to feel certain ways it’s just really a way of trying to make sense of things and trying to find answers for reassurance If we were to be quiet in fear of judgment we would go crazy and that could be more damaging. 
No mother is perfect. In fact there is no such thing as perfect when it comes to parenting. We just need to try the best. 
It does get easier as they grow up (although ur faced with new trials like sassy attitude and things 😅)
