Hospital bag

I know this is asked on here alot, but I really want to know what every packed, and I want fresh answers.

I am 36w 2d and I am getting induced at 39weeks. I have yet to start packing my hospital bag. What did everyone pack for baby? Daddy?

Now for mommy, what did you wear before and after delivery. What clothes will be best in your opinions. Please try and remember everything you're happy you had and what you wish you had taken/worn for your entire experience.
