Cycle day 3 ??!? TMI PIC

So my period has definitely changed. I was late 16 days. I spotted brown for a week. Usually my cycles are moderate on day 1 picks up heavy day 2 and is about the same until day 4 and it’s done by day 5

THIS cycle has been more like barely filling up tampons. And it’s also been regular period blood and old brown blood still!

I’ve tested and their negative.

Any one else experience a period like this?
