Is this cheating?

So my ex boyfriend I say cheated on me but he is saying that isn't cheating. I wanna make sure I'm not crazy is this cheating?

#1- flirting with other girls when I'm not there and when I am there. They would flirt right in front of my face.

#2- texting other girls who ik like him. One girl has tried to commit suicide bc he doesnt like her back she is trying to get his attention from me and another girl who I asked him to stop texting bc she likes him but he continued to do so and now they are going to prom together.
