5 weeks and took ibuprofen

I’m 5 weeks pregnant and I’ve been taking 800 milligrams of ibuprofen the last 4 days because I’ve had a terrible headache. I just looked up that you can’t take this while being pregnant. Do you think I will be ok? Do I need to call a doctor to check the baby? I’ve got myself so worried.
