Spotting in late pregnancy?

Is light pink spotting at this stage of pregnancy a concern? (35+5). I’m in no way having tons of spotting, hardly even noticeable honestly, but I am dilated so I’m a bit so and so about it? 😅. Didn’t happen with my other pregnancies... 🙃
