I feel like I have an alien inside me 😳

Ok so I have been having what feels like fluttering in my stomach for like a week now. It seems like each day it gets stronger and happens more often. It feels just like when I was pregnant. I have had 2 babies they are 11 and 5 now so I know what it feels like to feel a baby move. The thing is I am NOT pregnant!!! I can actually place my hand and feel it and I can watch my stomach move. It’s more on the left side of my stomach. It’s sooo freaking weird and it’s getting a little annoying. So has anyone else experienced this before? What the heck is causing this to happen. I know I probably sound crazy but I assure you I’m not.
