Implantation Bleeding?

I just went to wipe and saw some very light pinkish brown blood on the paper. I was wearing a liner too, but there wasn’t anything on the liner. I’ve had times where I thought I was experiencing implantation bleeding, (but it was always the day my period was supposed to start), but this is 4 days before I’m supposed to get my period.

Has anyone experienced this before? And if so, were you pregnant? I feel super gassy, (sorry if that’s TMI), but no cramps or anything. My breasts became sore sooner than they usually do during PMS, but I don’t want to read too much into anything. Should I take a pregnancy test tomorrow morning?

Also, if I am experiencing implantation, I drank alcohol today and I’m worried that will affect things. Am I being paranoid? This would be our first baby, so I’m not sure what to expect. Thanks so much in advance!!
