Am I Pregnant?

Denae

OK, So before I go into why i'm asking the question here is a bit of back story (history) you might need to know. I have had 3 children and I am 26. My first child was born in 2014 and ended up passing away the day she was born due to medical issues but, when I was pregnant with her two weeks in I started bleeding changing pads every 15 minutes so my mom took me to the ER. They ran there tests and told me I had had a miscarriage. I went home thinking I had lost my first baby and continued bleeding for another week. A week and a half later I was having severe stomach pain went to my regular dr and she immediately did a pregnancy test witch came up positive so, she sent me to the ER to get a ultrasound. At the ER they confirmed I was pregnant and insisted it was a new pregnancy at only 2 weeks along (witch means I had to have sex during my "miscarriage" witch I didn't). I insisted I hadn't but of corse they didn't listen. Also my HCG numbers went down but not all the way. With my second child who was born in 2017 a similar situation happend, at two weeks in I started bleeding (period like) went to the ER was told I was having a miscarriage and to go home. My HCG levels never went all the way back down this time eather. I bled for two weeks (no sex) then two weeks later had pregnancy symptoms took a test witch was positive. Only this time when I went to the dr insted of insisting that it was a new pregnancy the told me they thought I had miscarried a twin. With my third child who was born in 2019 I had no bleeding during pregnancy but had internal bleeding during c-section so much so that I had to have a blood transfusion of 4 units.

So fast-forward to now starting in February. Me and my fiancee were intemet on the fifth witch was a fertile day. Around the eleventh or twelfth I started having what I thought were pregnancy symptoms. As the days went on I noticed more and more. I was peeing all the time, pooping 2 to 3 times a day (sometimes diarrhea), very tired, hungrier than normal, vary bad back aches, cramping, headaches, cravings, and a food aversion to a cheese I like. So on the 20th I took a pregnancy test witch was negative. On the 23rd I started bleeding and figured it was my period even though it was a week late. On the 24th I took another pregnancy test just to make sure I wasn't pregnant due to the bleeding I had had with my first to children it said negative but was also a bad test because nothing showed up in the controll window. So I continued to bleed for six more days and my period ended on the first. I have not had any sex, yet all the symptoms I mentioned before are still happening plus I have a new food aversion to Ritz crackers and am now nauseous from time to time. My period isn't saposted to come untell the 26th for this month. So could I be experiencing what had happend with my first two pregnancys and actually be pregnant or am I not and have something else going on? And should I test again?
