Period cramps from HELL
I’ve always had a light flow and 2-3 days relatively pain free periods and it stayed that way after I had my first two kids but since having my 3rd this past August I dread every month. I used to wear tampons but I can’t use them anymore because it hurts too much. I swear contractions hurt less than these cramps (okay maybe not but you get the idea) I’ve tried Tylenol, Midol, Midol Extra Strength, Maxidol... Help 😩
