Heartbroken...

So I went to the doctor today.according to my period I should be 6 weeks and 4 days.

He saw nothing but an 8mm sac.

He told my either it’s too early or it’s a miscarriage and I need to wait 10 days to do another one.but I could hear it in his voice that it must be a miscarriage.

Did anyone had this at 6 weeks?i am sitting in my car crying and I have to drive 1 hour road now :(
