How far along do you think I should be?

Hello! So hubby and I just decided to go for a baby in late Jan and I just now got a positive test! Of course everything says I'm just about "5 weeks along" BUT I actually had a FALSE test March 4th.
Any ideas how far along I might actually be? :)

Go by the first day of last period. If it was 5 weeks ago then that’s what you are. Til an ultrasound is done

As long as you have'nt had a measuring ultrasound, you go by your last period. So day 1 is the first day of your last period, and count the weeks from there.
If you get an ultrasound around 8-10 weeks, they measure the baby, and then tell you if the size is different and if you need to change the due date (if the baby measures less than a week different, then they won't change any dates).
