11 month old waking up early

So my soon to be 11 month old has been waking up earlier the last couple of weeks. Normally she would sleep 6:30pm until 6 or 6:30am. But for the last few weeks she has been waking between 4am and 5am to have a bottle. I am then able to put her back down and she will eventually fall back asleep and sleep till 6:30. She has been sleep trained a few months back, but if we try and let her cry it out this time she will just stand there and cry for the whole hour until it’s actually time to wake up. Any suggestions or thoughts? Maybe just a phase? She is still sleeping for a solid 10 hours before she wakes up at 4 or 5. So I feel like that is still pretty good.
