HCG levels - should I be worried?

My HCG isn’t doubling every 2/3 days, it took about 3.5 to double. Should I be worried? I also had some spotting the last 3 days, but it’s now stopped.

4weeks+1day: 55 hcg

4weeks+6days: 139 hcg
