Mucus plug? 25 weeks TMI picture!

I have lost smaller pieces similar to this the last couple week assumed its normal. I lost this peice today the one I lost this morning was about the size of two quarters this one was around the size of one very jelly like. Clear and white I tried to move it off tp so you can see it (yuck I know sorry) is clear on the tp it looked yellow in color on my camera. This is totally normal right ? I havnt had sex in a couple days. deffinitly lots of stress. I dont want to better making an appt if its normal
