Anyone had a low starting HR for baby and had everything progress good?!

I had spotting a week ago that started off pink and is now finally starting to taper off and is brown. No cramps. Besides the HR everything else was good. Baby is measuring well with the sac size and is measuring in accordance to my ovulation date.

Last week when I went in at 5 weeks 4 days according to the sac measurement my sac was abnormally shaped and there was no sign of anything in the sac (that was done Tuesday last week) and they were worried with my HCG being 26,000 that it might be a belighted ovum situation ...... but then the ultrasound done today there was a baby and heartbeat of 81 (so 6 day difference) and my HCG is 71,000. They were happy to see everything smooth out but are a little worried about the low HR. Just hoping to get some positive stories. I go back in a week to see if the HR gets stronger 🙏🏽🙏🏽 but please share your stories if you’ve been in a similar situation ❤️
